Ethan had all of my paperwork completed so that the process was quick and easy once I got there. Everyone was easy to work with and explained everything in detail.
So far I would send anyone I know to their Nissan service center. I have only been there 2 times but plan on them becoming my service center. I have a Armada & a Jeep & at this time will be serviced at their place when needed.
Basically it was a painless process, all in all you still spend a lot of time at the dealership.

I had a good experience with Rose when buying out my lease. She is very organized and returned my calls and texts promptly. The process went quickly and she was great at informing us about the next steps. My car had tape on the wheel covers and because I picked it up at night, I didn’t notice it for a couple of weeks and basically put it off for the length of the lease. Rose made sure the covers were taken care of and are gleaming. Thank you for great service, Rose.
I am on my 4th Nissan lease. The service is great from sales to service department. I usually deal with Nick in the service department and I most recently worked with Rose in sales and she was fantastic. The wonderful service is why I will continue to return to Ken Ganley Nissan.
Although my lease is now "one year old" (out of three), I have just recently passed the 3,000 mile mark. Accordingly, I took the car in for service as specified in the warranty. I apparently overlooked that the free maintenance ended after one year and paid for the service which on all five of my previous leases was part of the warranty. (My bad!). As always, I was satisfied with the service work. The Ganley Service Department does great work and is extremely helpful and courteous to customers. Pat them on the back.

Fantastic service. There was a very smooth transition from one lease vehicle to another. Rose is a super organized representative and made our trip totally awesome. We will definitely return in three years to lease our 6th Rogue. Yes, that is correct. We have been leasing since 2010 and have never had any issues with any of the vehicles. Keep up the good work!

Was dealing with Nick, who was excellent, on a used 2017 Lincoln MKZ. Nick was very responsive to my various questions and was prompt in replying. In fairness the dealership had dropped the price of the vehicle, and was purportedly receiving several inquiries on it. Finance person would not budge off of the listed price. Vehicle only had one FOB and would not agree to provide another one. I knew this up front, so cannot fault the dealer ship. Nick had the vehicle shined up and full of fuel when I arrived (2hour + trip one way). Paper work was concluded efficiently ...
We have been very happy with the experience of dealing with the sales team at Ganley. They took the time to understand what we needed and worked with us. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
The transmission went out on our Armada in Ohio just as we were preparing to return to our home in Arizona. We also had to get to our granddaughter's wedding in West Virginia on the way. As soon as they got approval from Nissan's Good Will Program, Nick and his awesome team at Ganley's service department arranged to have a transmission delivered overnight and installed it the next day. We made it to the wedding on time, and were able to finish a 3000 mile trip back to Arizona. The new transmission is working great.

The shopping/buying process was great. However, when we came back to sign the final paperwork and take ownership of the car, we had to wait about an hour to be seen.
