I had my winter tires put on in a blizzard. They were fast, professional and helpful. I came in twice before and was told it was too warm and would chew up my tires. That honesty gets my business. I did teach the service advisor the difference between snow tires and winter tires though! :) As long as prices are competitive, I will be back.

The service is just like "old times" when a person felt like their business was appreciated.....no matter how small or large the purchase. I even tried to tip the customer service reps. but they politely declined and said " we want you to know that we will provide this level of service every visit & if you become a loyal customer, we have done our job".
Ganely Nissan has a clean, comfortable area to sit and wait while service is completed. Kudos to you Ganely Nissan! I'll be back!

Had an inspection on my car performed for free including brakes. Most dealers want $35 to do this. 

Was given a loaner car and when my car was not ready on time, I was given free oil changes and fuel in the loaner car. Additionally, I was able to use 10% off coupon and was given more off then I had anticipated. I signed up for the rewards program as well and was given more money off of future services. 

The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 was because they initially ordered the wrong brake pads,(I have an Infiniti.) They overnighted the right ones and I had my car the next day. 

Oh, and they even washed my car.
